Génépi des Alpes

Génépi des Alpes has been awarded a Protected Geographical Indication that guarantees the authenticity of its production, specifically the harvesting of genepi plants above 1500 m of elevation, away from any sources of pollution. The strands are slowly macerated before fine distilling in our still according to a historic recipe from 1850 found in our archives.
