Mixez les Vermouths Dolin

Il y a les cocktails célèbres, les indémodables, comme la vodka martini ou le Negroni, délicieusement haut de gamme lorsqu’ils sont composés avec les Vermouths Dolin.

Manhattan

Ingrédients

20 ml Vermouth Dolin rouge, 50ml de Whisky, 1 trait Bitter Angostura.

Préparation

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir vigorously with a mixing spoon. Strain into a Martini glass, leaving the ice cubes behind. Garnish with a cherry.

Ingrédients

15ml de Vermouth Dolin dry, 45 ml de Gin, 15 ml de Sirop de framboise, 15 ml de Jus de citron jaune pressé, 1 Blanc d’œuf.

Préparation

Add the ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice. Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously. Place a cocktail strainer over the shaker and pour the mixture into a cocktail glass. Add 2–3 fresh raspberries as a garnish.

White Negroni

Ingrédients

30ml Dolin white vermouth, 20ml Greenall’s gin, 20ml Pontiane.

Préparation

Pour the vermouth, gin and gentian into a mixing glass filled with ice. Mix to chill the liquid. Pour into a glass tumbler over ice. Garnish.

30ml Dolin red vermouth, 30ml Greenall’s gin, 20ml Amaro Vecchio Piemontese.

Préparation

Pour the vermouth, gin and amaro into a mixing glass filled with ice. Mix to chill the liquid. Pour into a glass tumbler over ice. Garnish.

Spritz de Chambéry

Ingrédients

40ml Dolin white vermouth, 20ml Dolin dry vermouth, 10ml Pontiane, 40ml tonic water.

Préparation

Pour the vermouth and gentian into an ice-filled wine glass. Mix. Top up with tonic water. Garnish.
